F f f freezing

A nice quick read this one. Unusually for me, I did work out the sequence of events before they were explained to me. I liked the way that the various murders/suicides were all linked by a common theme. Rather interestingly there is a featuring of the work of Marcel Proust “in search of lost time” which has just come up in the book I am now reading! The writer here does manage to evoke the feel of Iceland very well and the characters seem to reflect the landscape. This book gets us deeper into the character of Erlendur and we get to see more of his history and the events of his life which shape him and come parallel to the events of this book.
